Privacy Policy

Personal Health Agent is a personal-use application that accesses health and fitness information authorized by the user through Google APIs. This Privacy Policy explains how that information is accessed, used, stored, and handled.
1. Information accessed
Depending on the permissions granted by the user, the application may access health and fitness information such as activity, exercise, sleep, heart rate, energy expenditure, distance, steps, and related wellness metrics made available through Google APIs.
2. How information is used
Authorized data is used only to provide the application's personal health features, including health summaries, sleep reports, exercise reports, trend analysis, and automated insights requested by or provided to the authorized user.
3. Automated processing
Health information may be processed by automated analysis or artificial intelligence services configured by the application operator for the purpose of generating summaries, observations, and reports. Such processing is limited to providing the application's user-facing health analysis functionality.
4. Data sharing and sale
The application does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not share Google user data for advertising or data-broker purposes.
5. Data storage and security
Authorized data and authentication credentials may be stored on systems controlled by the application operator as necessary to provide the application's functions. Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access to those systems and credentials.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, where applicable.
7. Revoking access
Users may revoke the application's access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account security and third-party access settings.
8. Data deletion
Because this application is intended for personal use, an authorized user may request deletion of locally stored application data by contacting the application operator.
